smaka510
Hello all, Plex randomly stopped working. I tried "canyouseeme.org" attempting to see the service running on port 32400 from outside of my network. It fails. I know for a fact that the port is properly forwarded. I also tried accessing plex from another computer on the LAN and still get the following error: 192.168.0.62 refused to connect. Try: Checking the connection Checking the proxy and the firewall ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED I deleted the docker and plex "appdata" from my cache drive. then I restarted the NAS and re-installed the plex docker. I still have the same issue. I don't know enough about Linux to really do anything else. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? Quote Link to comment

kizer
Your best bet would to be to post this issue in the Docker you installed meaning find the Plex Docker Thread for linuxserver.io and you'd get more eyes on it than just posting it up in General Support. Quote Link to comment
sureguy
Did you recently enable direct IO by any chance? If so put the docker in privileged mode or point the config to /mnt/cache/Docker/appdata/whatever rather than /mnt/user/Docker/appdata/whatever Edited December 5, 2017 by sureguy Quote Link to comment
