Disable/Optional Docker Update Check on Boot for faster boot times (pfSense)

I have pfsense running in a VM, so I don't have a network connection available to unRAID until the VM is started. 

 

unRAID starts dockers before VMs and during the boot process for dockers it looks for docker updates, which fails as there's no network connection.  Eventually it gives up, but it takes 8 minutes for me (see below).  I think this is core unRAID functionality although @bonienl Dynamix is mentioned:

A solution would be brilliant please:

 

1. Disable docker update check at boot, or disable it or make it failover faster
2. Load VMs before dockers (although this probably wouldn't help as my pfSense VM takes about a min to initialise)
