Is it a clone of other disk in the system? If not reboot.

No! I can not have done any clone of this ssd ... it is not even in the raid I keep it as a hard drive for a vm windows 10 I use for game .. How can I figure out if it's a clone? I tried to do reboot, but the error remains :(
