joelrfernandes
Lately the plugin Fix Common Problems have been reporting a "Call Traces" issue found on the server and recommended to post the diagnostics here, so, here it is: monster-diagnostics-20171017-1313.zip Quote Link to comment

joelrfernandes
Yes, it turned out there was an issue with that drive and as a result I couldn't get a list on one directory of that drive. Running the xfs_repair solved that issue. Now, this is the second time that happens on that drive in a 3 week window. Should I be concerned about the drive? There's no SMART report on it and everything seems to work fine. Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Unclean shutdowns are ususally the #1 reason for filesystem corruption, SMART looks fine but you may want to improve your cooling, disks getting to 59C is no good. Quote Link to comment
joelrfernandes
The only disk going to that kind of temperature is the cache disk, which is SSD. I'm not an expert on it, but, I was under the impression that for SSDs that wouldn't be a concern. It still is? Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
It's not a problem for the SSD, but I was referring to HDDs, these are the max temps for your 4TB Seagates: 54, 59, 50, 50 They should be under 40C, 45 tops. Quote Link to comment
joelrfernandes
Didn't even notice that, thank you for the heads up. I realized now that a script I had that managed the fans based on the disks temperatures stopped working. No good. Thank you again Quote Link to comment
