snowmirage
I've been digging around here and on google for a good hour or so but to my surprise I can't seem to find an answer to this. Other than license limitation, how many drives can be added to a cache pool? Also I came across a video some place that hinted at the fact you could change the btfs raid from raid 1 to raid 0 and possibly others? I currently have 2x 240GB SSDs I'd like to use in a cache pool, but that wont give me enough space in the cache as I would like, I seems while I could add larger SSDs to a pool with those 240GB drives the extra space would go to waste, though I expected this. Can I run 4 or 5 240GB SSDs in a cache pool? This would allow for 1 of those ssds in the pool to fail without data loss correct? Is there an option that would allow more of the drives in the cache pool to fail without data loss? Quote Link to comment
