Unraid Unresponsive after hardware change

So I recently moved my unraid setup to a supermicro X9DRI-LNF4+ mobo and chassis.  When the server first boots up I can typically access the webui and the server cli from console.  But after a couple of minutes both become completely unresponsive.  I did manage to pull the logs and was hoping someone with more experience can help me track down the issue.  I have tried booting into safe mode and that does help for a bit until it becomes unresponsive again.  Unraid sees all drives and shows the array as healthy, I'm not seeing any specific hardware errors.  I have attached the logs and a screen shot of the console about the time it become unresponsive.

I am also seeing some errors on console about rcu_preempt detected stalls on CPUs/tasks.  Which is odd as this server is only running plex and dockers for usenet and media management.  There should not be a whole lot of anything running.

Now when logged into console I get these messages.

So I am thinking I am either having an issue with memory or one of the two procs is having issues.  Would appreciate any help, I can pull any recent logs to help identify the issue.
