Updated this last night and now it doesn't seem to be starting up (or at least I can't tell as I can't get to it). I start it from the unRAID docker page and it shows running, but I just get a HTTP ERROR 400 page when trying to access the web GUI. The docker logs don't show any errors though.

[ls.io-init] done.

Tried restarting it multiple times and also tried just leaving it running for 30min+ to see if it would eventually go, but still the same thing.

edit: Something with Chrome it seems. If I go to the webgui using Edge, it comes up fine.

I had the same behavior. Updated yesterday(?) to latest (2.0.7 from two days ago) and could not connect to the GUI today. Did not check it yesterday.

But it did not work neither with Fire Fox, nor Edge.
Went back to 2.0.6 now and it is working again.

Log looked exactly the same. Will try again with 2.0.8 I suppose.

Regards

/edit

Due to the update from 2.0.6->2.0.7 it seems the underlying DB got updated -> reverting to 2.0.6 fixed the GUI, but the old version can't run backups with the new DB version already in place.

As mentioned in the initial post: the message looks exactly the same:

And FireFox, Chrome and Edge all have "Unable to connect", "This site can’t be reached" or "

Hmmm… can't reach this page"

😟

Hey there,

I've got a problem with my duplicati configuration.

Since I've changed my cache pool to ZFS duplicati can't backup the folders which are stored on chache. In the backup configuration window it looks like this:

image.png.026473d013465964219c190afd338163.png

The folders in the red box are not shown as folders and the backups can't run.

Any ideas?

Hello,

I have a similar problem although I don't use ZFS. All my shares use XFS.

As far as I can tell I think that all the shares that use the old "cache only" can't see any subfolders.

For information I'm using the new 6.12 feature "exclusive shares" for my appdata share and domain for my VM.

My appdata is set as /mnt/user/appdata/

The others shares using the cache as primary storage and with the secondary's one as array can dispaly the subfolder.

image.png.63dfd064f6115ff3eb449407f9b810fc.png

As you can see I was once able to see these subfolder and my backup routine was running fine although I have set it long time ago (unraid 6.9)

Now my backup are broken as I have this error :

System.IO.IOException: Backup aborted since the source path /source/appdata/Plex-Media-Server/ does not exist. Please verify that the source path exists, or remove the source path from the backup configuration, or set the allow-missing-source option.

Any guess ?

Hi everyone,

Trying to backup my Unraid Shares to a Synology NAS with Duplicati. Synology is mounted via Unassigned devices with NFS. Backup job is nothing fancy just around 800GB of data encrypted in 50MB blocks and everything else default settings. Backup job is running fine but I always get the following warning at the end.

"2021-02-26 09:31:01 +01 - [Warning-Duplicati.Library.Main.Operation.FilelistProcessor-MissingRemoteHash]: remote file duplicati-b6ee2e638e03448d7b58103e0aa972613.dblock.zip.aes is listed as Verified with size 0 but should be 52418413, please verify the sha256 hash \"klbMHsDiDi6MtRgEH2PJRdSASOb8xs8xBLFN5DXXWqw=\"

I have found a lot of stuff regarding this in various forums but nothing helped so far. Did someone else encountered this kind of warning and found a (easy) solution to this?

Additional can someone tell me how to run list-broken-files (duplicati commandline) in the Duplicati docker container?

Looking forward to any reply. Many thanks in advance and have a great day.

BR

Marc

For anyone that has this issue, you run command line (commandline for search on here) via the GUI. Open duplicati then go to your backup. Where you see the normal options for verify database etc, there will be a command line option then you can select it from the options such as list-broken-files or purge-broken-files.
