Hosts file?

Recommended Posts

Its basicallyexactly what bonienl stated

#description=Add to hosts file
echo "192.168.111.10 hostname.mydomain.com" >> /etc/hosts

placed on the flash drive called script within /config/plugins/user.scripts/scripts/someFolderName and set to run at array start

Will modifying the hosts file in this manner  impact docker traffic? I run plex as a docker and wish to redirect traffic from their stats collection in light of their upcoming EULA changes, but cannot easily do so at the firewall.

Did you find a way to do this? I am also trying to accomplish this and the method above doesn't seem to work from what I've tested with a dnsutils docker container.
