All of your 1TB and 1.5TB disks have 500GB platters, so these are your slowest units.

 

Your 2TB Hitachi has 667GB platters, so that's the next drive you should get rid of.

 

Your 2TB Seagate and all of your 3TB drives have 1TB platters, so they're fine.    The 2TB drive will still cause some slowdown in a parity check, simply because any mixed-size array will have a slowdown as the smaller drives are processing the innermost cylinders ... but it's not per se a "slower" drive -- i.e. data transfers from it will be every bit as fast as the other 1TB/platter units => it's only a bottleneck in parity checks or drive rebuilds because of the inner cylinders.
