pyrater
Is anyone using some sort of IDS with unraid? I am very interested in some sort of network wide protection such as snorby / snort / bro ids ETC. Quote Link to comment
jedimstr
I second this... been trying to setup Snort/PulledPork/Barnyard2/Snorby on a separate ubuntu server, but I'd much prefer having them in containers on unRAID (either separate or bundled together as a IDS container). Since the InstaSnorby ISO is basically a dead project, I'm now looking at using the Security Onion ISO in a VM on unRAID instead with Snorby. Quote Link to comment
jrdnlc
Snorby looks interesting. I miss having Snort, Squid, SquidGuard, and pfblockerNG. Is there such thing of a package that includes all those and will allow me to run them without the need of running pfSense? Quote Link to comment
chip
Thought I would bring this back to life to see if anyone is running any IDS docker? If so what.... Quote Link to comment
