  1. What Router are you Running?

Using a mikrotik. Great device but you need to be a bit network knowledgeable.. a different beast then a regular consumer router.. MikroTik Routerboard RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN
  2. My certificates seem to have expired.. I can no longer "safely" log in to unraid.. Seems to have expired yesterday, 3 months after issue.. Manual renew worked.. But should this happen ?
  3. [Support] Linuxserver.io - Plex Media Server

Those rights look fine. The plex docker by plex inc. works fine. I have switched to that. The plex version on linux.io is newer then the one in the "official docker" so the issue could still lie within plex though. There are plex threads on the issue and several point to start using the offical plex docker instead of a third party one..
  4. [Support] Linuxserver.io - Plex Media Server

I have found sopme threads pointing to an issue indeed with the created docker image.. Can it be that the file paths are mounted with the NOEXEC option on ? This will make sure no binaries can be run..
  5. [Support] Linuxserver.io - Plex Media Server

I notice some video files refuse to play .. Some however work fine..: ov 12, 2017 13:31:19.002 [0x14b843dfe700] ERROR - [Transcoder] Error while decoding stream #0:1: Input/output error Nov 12, 2017 13:31:22.000 [0x14b837bf5700] ERROR - [Transcoder] [eac3_eae @ 0x1532240] EAE timeout! 6. Upgrade parity disk

You need to change the parity first.. If you do the data drive first then that data drive will not be protected when you change the parity drive.. 1) Shutdown server 2) Build in two 10TB drives 3) Start server 4) Pre-clear both 10TB drives When preclear is finished: 5) Shutdown server 6) Remove parity drive 7) Start server 8- Assign new 10TB drive to parity slot Wait for parity to be recreated again 9) Shutdown server 10) Remove 4TB drive 11) Start server 12) Assign new 10TB disk to slot of 4TB drive Wait for parity to have recreated drive contents.
  7. [Support] Linuxserver.io - Syncthing

I read that and my gui is not left open..
  8. [Support] Linuxserver.io - Syncthing

I am having an issue with Syncthing.. It synced over 70% of my primary server to my secundairy (which is standing next to it). I am just trying in here if someone can help, if not, I will write a mail on the product home page of syncthing. 9. unRAID OS version 6.4.0-rc9f available

Did you read the release notes prior to installing this non-final version? Other notes (-rc8q): The /usr/local/sbin/emhttp line in your /boot/config/go file is no longer used to specify the ports where the webGui listens for connections. Instead you must configure these on the Identification page. Alternately if you need to set this up prior to server boot, you may add the port settings in /boot/config/ident.cfg. Please refer to /usr/local/sbin/emhttp script for more information if you care about this.
  10. [CONTAINER] CrashPlan & CrashPlan-Desktop

Nope.. Looks like its the other way around: <dataDeDupAutoMaxFileSize>1073741824</dataDeDupAutoMaxFileSize> <dataDeDupAutoMaxFileSizeForWan>1</dataDeDupAutoMaxFileSizeForWan> You have it setup exactly the opposite, meaing that it will dedup unless its a very large file... Dedup costs a lot of cpu and memory and makes crashplan slow..
  11. Cache drive and downloading

From my perspective: While unraid is a solution that can run on a wide variety of (inexpensive) hardware, when your needs grow your server needs to follow. I can easily say that my unraid server has become an expensive beast when I talk about the initial hardware, the base power footprint, etc. From my point of view the really only couple of euro's I could save by having a disk last a little bit longer or the power bill beiing fractionally lower; those things really do not have any significant impact on the overall cost.. So I just go for maximum user friendlyness and comfort and leave everything running.. Ofcourse there an environmental standpoint you could take that could also be a reason to save.. I have not taken that into consideration here.
  12. New to unraid. Plex and Cache

Just make sure to install the docker to the cachedrive (it should end up in a share called appdata that is configured as a cachedrive only share.. If you were using dockers before the cachedrive got added they are on the array now (just stop all dockers, stop docker itself, move appdata to the cachedrive, set it cache onlyand restart your docker and dockers.. Then just install the docker, when you see a plex folder appearing under the appdata you are fine.

Anything else using your bandwidth? It all depends.. I regularly get 45Mb.. Verzonden vanaf mijn iPhone met Tapatalk
  14. [CONTAINER] CrashPlan & CrashPlan-Desktop

I am using: jlesage/crashplan-pro But hey ! If its on the host then I can do that right away, thanks !! EDIT: Just did that, did not immediately work, crashplan also started to restart.. So I also increased the memory to 8gigs (it has been working on 4 gigs sofar and I have backupped 14 terabyte of files to crashplan without a problem...) Crashplan's advice is to have 1gig per terabyte, but that is based on the average amount of files on a system, and not on media storage (which typically is a lot of data but not so much files / large files). If the memory usage extrapolates in the same way I should be fine until I hit 35tb ( in the allready backupped set there also is my mysic library which is a lot of files again).
