  1. deleting and reinstalling w these did the trick!!!
  2. OK, thanks. Are these settings correct -- based on your recommendation?
  3. I've been trying your suggestions, but I must be doing something wrong... Any chance you'd be willing to TeamViewer for some beer money?
  4. I'm having the same issue. Looks like it started on the 7th of December for me
  5. My D drive is suddenly showing up as (Unplugged) and sync has stopped. I've tried reinstalling from scratch and inheriting the backup state, but it's still showing as (Unplugged) for D. Any fixes?
  6. I've been trying all day to setup a Docker container from scratch, using a GitHub source. The developer has showed me his container settings and I've copied them, but I'm running into a few basic issues -- the config.json file is not getting updated, despite the docker's webUI stating that it saved my settings... I'm pulling my hair out. Happy to throw some beer money to a kind soul that could TeamViewer in and lend a quick hand. I'm sure I'm just missing something obvious Screenshot below is developer's own Unraid docker container settings and link is to the GitHub source and repository: GitHub: https://github.com/iloveicedgreentea/plex-webhook-automation Repository for Docker: ghcr.io/iloveicedgreentea/plex-webhook-automation:v2.1.9 Any help would be deeply appreciated
  7. Oddly, after a reboot, all is well minus the cache drive that still shows Unmountable. Swapping it out with the "new" cache drive, everything looks good and I'm currently formatting the new cache drive for use... Any guidance would be great on potential causes, but all seems well now
  8. I just followed spaceinvaderone's tutorial for upgrading a cache drive. Ran the backup utility, stopped my server, unassigned the old cache and assigned the new one, started the array. Now ALL my drives are showing up as Unmountable Disks Present. I tried going back to the old cache drive, but that seems to have no impact on the problem. Hoping for some quick help on how to proceed to avoid data loss and also understand why this happened... Dry runs of XFS Filesystem check on all drives result in: Phase 1 - find and verify superblock... superblock read failed, offset 0, size 524288, ag 0, rval -1 fatal error -- Input/output error tower-diagnostics-20230716-0924.zip
  9. I am running long SMART tests on all my drives. I plan to replace any with 187 higher than 0, but I’m confused about the drive below. It has a thumbs down in Unraid, but to my eyes the long SMART results only show CRC/cable issues Should I consider the drive safe to use and, if so, how can I get rid of the “thumbs down” health status in Unraid? smartctl 7.3 2022-02-28 r5338 [x86_64-linux-5.15.46-Unraid] (local build) Copyright (C) 2002-22, Bruce Allen, Christian Franke, www.smartmontools.org === START OF INFORMATION SECTION === Model Family: Seagate Desktop HDD.15 Device Model: ST4000DM000-1F2168 Serial Number: Z301E29Y LU WWN Device Id: 5 000c50 06643e0c4 Firmware Version: CC54 User Capacity: 4,000,787,030,016 bytes [4.00 TB] Sector Sizes: 512 bytes logical, 4096 bytes physical Rotation Rate: 5900 rpm Form Factor: 3.5 inches Device is: In smartctl database 7.3/5387 ATA Version is: ACS-2, ACS-3 T13/2161-D revision 3b SATA Version is: SATA 3.1, 6.0 Gb/s (current: 6.0 Gb/s) Local Time is: Sat Jul 1 11:29:06 2023 EDT SMART support is: Available - device has SMART capability. 10. for my own learning, how can you tell it’s logged as a disk problem vs not a disk problem?
  11. Will do as soon as I get home Wednesday. I shut down server until I’m back from travel to be safe
  12. Diagnostics attached. Hoping for some guidance on whether to replace / next steps tower-diagnostics-20230626-1757.zip
  13. I only ever access it via browser. Desktop computer or mobile phone. But I confirm that both are closed out and MC stays open when shutting down or stopping server
