  1. Keeping anyone posted who cares. Day two, this seems to have fixed my problem. I will report if anything changes.
  2. A quick update on this, I may have actually stumbled upon a solution, I am going to test and see how things go. I believe this had to do with the "fuse_remember" setting. If my servers were sitting dormant for a long enough period of time with no writes to the drives, this could have cause a stale NFS handle. That is of course my opinion. I have set it to infinite to see if this solves my issue. I am aware, and anyone else should be aware this could significantly increase your RAM usage by changing this setting.
  3. Hello All, I did some searches and haven't come up with anything, so apologies if this is a repeat of anything. I am currently running my unraid server as a back end storage device for running a bunch of VM's. I am using 3 GIG network cards, bridged, for my network connection from the unraid server and 4 cards from my VM server. I have created a share using NFS and mounted it to the VM server. I have been testing the last couple of days and I have ran into issues where it looks like the NFS share is just disappearing and the VM server is losing connection to the unraid machine. The VM's are still running, but they go to a read-only file system because of hard drive errors. I have checked the physical drives in unraid, and I am not seeing any issues there. Can anyone give me some pointers for where to start looking at this issue? Thanks in advance.
