  1. Tested the Dell H200, it's working right out of the boks, so it looks to be some problem with the H240, maybe the combinations of my hardware, not sure.
  2. Just tested 6.3.3, still problem with the H240, i think it's the same problem, i have attached the log files Im waiting on a Dell H200 will arrive, that is flashed to HBA mode, to see if that is working. Br Casper tower-diagnostics-20170401-0119.zip
  3. What do you mean by reconfigure? I have reset the card, removed disks and so on? I can try to see if i can get another one, to be sure it's not a hardware problem Are unraid using a "up to date" driver? maybe there is a new one with fixes
  4. Just tried to put back the H240 after I tested the D3116C, first time i booted a ESXI 6.5 with HPE Drivers i see all disks, if I then reboot all disks are gone again, but no mater what time I boot to Windows Server 2012 R2 I can always see the disks?
  5. I can't see any of the disks in unraid, I can fine see it in windows and i can see disks connected to the motherboard, but not any of the disks connected to the controller. I tried to use a clean installation, even on a new USB to be sure. If i swap to my D3116C RAID controller and make every disk in a raid 0, I can see each disk, but this is not a working solution, as I lose all monitoring on the disks and it will be a problem to recover if the controller fails. I have attached the log from the system, it have been analysed before, but don't know how to fix that problem tower-diagnostics-20170323-1010.zip https://forums.lime-technology.com/topic/55974-cant-see-hp-h240-hba/#comment-548071
  6. I did that, also tried to reflash to be sure it's not that. Also tested on a older setup, same problem, what hardware are you running on? maybe the controller only works on newer hardware? it's built for the Gen9 series HP servers
  7. I have tried a older firmware but same problem, i also try to unplug diskd to be sure it was not a problem with power or one of the disks that "broke" the controller, but still same problem. Can this be some sort of unsupported motherboard maybe? Still awating feedback in the other post on what firmware he is using MB: MSI Z87I Mini ITX https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/Z87I.html#hero-overview
  8. Hi @ezhik I have the same controller, but mine does not work, what firmware is your controller running? BR Casper
  9. Here you go tower-diagnostics-20170323-1010.zip
  10. I just tried to reset every thing, wipe disks, set them to MBR from GPT, ensure the controller is in HBA mode, but i still can't see it, I can only see the 3 SSD's that is connected to the onboard sata controller Firmware on the H240 is 4.52, maybe this has something to say? it should be the newest one?
  11. Hi, I have just got an HP H240 HBA/raid card, so i tried out UNRAID, but i can't se any of the disks connected to the card, if i boot a windows installation, i can all disks right away, so i know all cables etc is working. I tried to set the card to HBA mode and Raid mode, to see if it made any change, but no luck. I can see the module "hpsa" is loaded, and this "driver" should support the card, also tried to unload it and load it with other settings, but no luck. if i look up the data on the card HP state it's supported by ubuntu, centos, redhat, esxi and a few more, so it's not a "windows only" card. Is there any of you that have a card of the type that work? and if it's not supported what will you select to use ? i need a card of same specs, so 2x sas connector that support sata drives on 4 TB+ ans UEFI boot Not sure if/what logs need to be attached to give the info needed, but ask and i will provide more info. Thanks! BR Casper
