  1. so.....using that now......its showing about 36hr to move the 4TB....whoa!
  2. Late reply. I could not get my system to boot, unless it had ECC ram. I do have dual Xeon.
  3. I have 4 drives in my setup. 1 4tb drive is parity. The other 3 are also 4tb drives. I only have user shares setup at the moment. All the data is on Disk 1, which is giving me a bunch of SMART errors. I want to remove it and check it out, but it has the data. When I setup the user shares I had the wrong split level selected. (it is now coreected for new data) How can I move the data off of that drive on to the other 2 drives? I have been reading somethings about midnight commander, but also with disk shares. Any help or points in the right directions would be great. Thanks!

    PSU Question

I have been building and messing with computers for years, but never with the option of this many drives. It has usually been 2 maybe 3 at most, and that was years ago. Mostly all of my systems have a ssd and a large data drive for storage (plus external backup). That's it. I have the Norco 24 drive case, and powering up all the drives. I think there is 6 molex connectors. Is it okay to run one cable that has multiple molex plugs? (fully modular PSU), or should a run a couple different cables and split up the power?
  5. I tried searching the forum, but I wasn't coming up with much. Is anyone using this board? Pross/cons? If running dual xeons will I need ECC memory? This will be my first unraid build. Looking at this board and 3 of the H310 cards for the drives.
