  1. Just in case anyone finds this thread in the future, I did not have any luck with this renesas chipped card: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B081Y4NT25?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details This one didn't even populate in the IOMMU group in System Devices
  2. Thank you for the help, I'll probably just swap it for a new one. Looking closer at the stuff I pasted I do see where you got that from: Well I very much appreciate the help either way!
  3. If this thread is to be believed the VLI-805 chip should be supported:
  4. Wow if that's the answer I'm going to be very annoyed with myself... In the reviews someone said: Is that xhci_hdc driver not something that unraid has?
  5. Howdy, I have a Dell R710, and I recently purchased a 4-port usb 3.0 PCIE card: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07W82SV3V?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details I can see it in system devices: IOMMU group 18: [1106:3483] 07:00.0 USB controller: VIA Technologies, Inc. VL805/806 xHCI USB 3.0 Controller (rev 01) Bus 007 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub Bus 008 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0003 Linux Foundation 3.0 root hub But no drives show up when they are connected (though they do power on when plugged in).
  6. Hey all, I just today updated to the latest version, and suddenly when running, my CPU gets pegged at 100%, with like 80-90% iowait. it only is when running this docker, not affected by any others, or moving files.
  7. Memtest was clean, but it looks like it was Krusader related. After a reboot, running Syncthing doesn't fill my log up, but Krusader does, so at least I narrowed down the issue there.
  8. OK will do. I'm about 98% through a big move, so going to wait for that to finish, then run the memtest which can take a while, so will report back when that's done. I also realized my BIOS was version 6.4.0 and not 6.6, so going to do that update as well.
  9. Hey all, I've been migrating data from one server to another, and I've been using Krusader to move a share over to the new one, then Syncthing to ensure that the files moved are all the same/not corrupted etc. Problem is, my LOG file is filling up, and when I download it i get a ton of this type of thing repeated over and over: Apr 28 22:15:51 R170 kernel: WARNING: CPU: 5 PID: 16380 at lib/iov_iter.c:1203 iov_iter_pipe+0x11/0x33 Apr 28 22:15:51 R170 kernel: Modules linked in: md4 sha512_ssse3 sha512_generic cmac cifs libarc4 xt_mark xt_CHECKSUM ipt_REJECT nf_reject_ipv4 ip6table_mangle ip6table_nat iptable_mangle nf_tables vhost_net tun vhost vhost_iotlb tap xt_nat xt_tcpudp veth xt_conntrack xt_MASQUERADE nf_conntrack_netlink nfnetlink xt_addrtype iptable_nat nf_nat nf_conntrack nf_defrag_ipv6 nf_defrag_ipv4 br_netfilter xfs md_mod ip6table_filter ip6_tables iptable_filter ip_tables x_tables bonding bnx2 intel_powerclamp coretemp kvm_intel kvm crct10dif_pclmul crc32_pclmul crc32c_intel ghash_clmulni_intel aesni_intel crypto_simd cryptd mpt3sas ipmi_ssif glue_helper i2c_core wmi input_leds intel_cstate raid_class led_class scsi_transport_sas acpi_power_meter intel_uncore i7core_edac ata_piix ipmi_si button [last unloaded: bnx2] Apr 28 22:15:51 R170 kernel: CPU: 5 PID: 16380 Comm: file.so Tainted: G W I 5.10.28-Unraid #1 Apr 28 22:15:51 R170 kernel: Hardware name: Dell Inc. 10. That was it, Toronto which was previously working, isn't anymore. Thanks!
  11. Is there any sort of documentation on a list of things to troubleshoot if the webUI isn't loading? Still can't get it to load over here and not seeing any obvious flags as to why it wouldn't be doing so. Editing to attach my supervisor log supervisord.log Looking at this now in debug mode, I'm seeing a few issues: 2021-04-14 14:06:31.398159 [info] VPN_ENABLED defined as 'yes' 2021-04-14 14:06:31.422447 [warn] VPN_CLIENT not defined (via -e VPN_CLIENT), defaulting to 'openvpn' 2021-04-14 14:06:31.445822 [info] VPN_PROV defined as 'pia' I don't see a VPN_CLIENT variable in the unraid docker, I'm using PIA as shown in the VPN_PROV field 2021-04-14 14:06:34,141 DEBG 'start-script' stderr output: modprobe: FATAL: Module tun not found in directory /lib/modules/5.10.21-Unraid 2021-04-14 14:06:34,141 DEBG 'start-script' stdout output: [warn] Unable to load tun kernel module using modprobe, trying insmod... 2021-04-14 14:06:34,142 DEBG 'start-script' stderr output: insmod: ERROR: could not load module /lib/modules/tun.ko: No such file or directory 2021-04-14 14:06:34,143 DEBG 'start-script' stdout output: [warn] Unable to load tun kernel module, assuming its dynamically loaded Not sure what to do with this one, or if it's an issue 2021-04-14 14:08:42,185 DEBG 'start-script' stdout output: [warn] Unable to download PIA json to generate token, exiting script... [info] Port forwarding failure, creating file '/tmp/portfailure' to indicate failure... Cant seem to locate that portfailure doc to further investigate this one If I had to guess I'd say the lack of the PIA token is preventing the web-ui from loading, just not sure how to fix that guy as it had been working fine, and I have the RPC2_Pass and WEBUI_Pass defined as based on the Jan 15th update
  12. I'm on latest, and I still can't access the webUI. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's just refusing the connection: " Unable to connect Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at 192.168.x.xx:xxxx."
  13. Hey I recently have been unable to run the WebUI for the docker and in checking the logs I'm getting the following errors: 2021-03-24 15:20:33 DEPRECATED OPTION: --cipher set to 'aes-128-cbc' but missing in --data-ciphers (AES-256-GCM:AES-128-GCM). Future OpenVPN version will ignore --cipher for cipher negotiations. Add 'aes-128-cbc' to --data-ciphers or change --cipher 'aes-128-cbc' to --data-ciphers-fallback 'aes-128-cbc' to silence this warning. 2021-03-24 15:20:33,395 DEBG 'start-script' stdout output: 2021-03-24 15:20:33 WARNING: file 'credentials.conf' is group or others accessible There was another post talking about this one and theirs was fixed by a docker update, but mine is still having the issue. I'm using PIA and haven't had any issues for a while so not sure what's going on there.
  14. Hey all, I'm having an issue using a SMB share as a disk share. It's very possible I'm just entirely missing something. I have a SMB share that I've added from a Synology server. I can see the SMB share in unassigned devices, and I can click on the mount point and see the files, but the disk isn't showing up in my disk shares, and I can't access it in krusader in order to move some files to it. I can also see the disk share through unraid in my windows computer.
