I would definitely need to build a all new server since the guts of this one are so old. The newer server is only 2 years old. It was built by the folks at Lime Tech. I can tell you I've had no issues with it. I love the front loading bays on this Zalman MS800 case. I can't tell you what's inside. I've not cracked it open yet.

Thank you. My other option is to leave the files on the 4.7 server, get a new key (this one died), update components (it's 9 years old) and then do a new config with latest version of unraid.. Your thoughts?

At this point, I'm not that concerned about parity as long as all music files are found after a rebuild. I'm guessing that's what you are getting at.

Is it possible for me to move data drives from my unraid v 4.7 server into open bays on my unraid v 5.0.5 server? I'd like to consolidate all my files onto one server without copying each file separately.
