Whichever you like, if you need/want more than 8, that's fine. I was just letting people know that 15-19 of them is about 1 lb and that's what will fit for the $5.50 price. But, if you don't need that many, then it'll leave extra for those that want them. So, if you want more than 8, that's perfectly fine.

Hi Queeg, I went through the whole bag and there are some with the little metal latches on one end. I only have 24 of those type. If you're still interested, let me know.

Quick update.... I had to raise the price from $5.00 to $5.50 because Paypal dinged me for the transaction and then when I went to pay for shipping, the left over deposit didn't cover the $5.00 shipping. Anyways, there are plenty left. If you want more than 1lb, let me know your zip and I can calculate the shipping for you.

Looks like 15-19 can fit in a box and stay under 1lb. So if you want anywhere up to 19 cables, just cover the $5.00 USPS Priority shipping and I ship them to you. Shoot me an email if interested. Joseph

They snap in, but don't have the little metal locking tabs on them. I believe the ones I have are from 2 different vendors...or at least they are 2 different styles(See attachment.).

Hi All, I have a ton of brand new 18" sata cables that I don't need. My company threw them out and since I've beed a big fan of the Unraid server for the past few years, I thought maybe some people building their servers could use them. The cables are completely free, but I expect anyone who needs them to pay for shipping. I have several of the small USPS Priority boxes, which were free to me as long as I ship Priority, but the cheapest it is to ship using those boxes is around $5.00 as long as it stays under 1 pound. So if you want me to pack the box with as many as I can under 1 pound, then you can pay $5.00 and I'll ship them out. Another option is to pay for the bubble wrap envelopes and the shipping and I'll ship them USPS parcel post. I'm not sure what the price of the envelopes are or what shipping would be, but if interested, let me know. You are welcome to request as many as you need, but be reasonable as I'd like to have enough go around. Let me know...
