  1. That sorted it. Thank you! I deleted the "previous" folder and installed the plugin. This time there was an extra line which hadn't appeared before about the driver being installed, and the process took a few minutes longer. Then the red docker warning box appeared and all was well. Thanks again for troubleshooting. After setting up the driver Plex was still not using HW transcoding. I found in the Plex transcode settings that I had added a transcode directory a few years ago. I think that was to enable RAM transcoding. I deleted that directory reference and the GPU is now doing all transcoding. Noting that here in case anyone else has the same issue.
  2. I'll take another look tonight, but I'm thinking it must be a space issue on the USB Boot Device. It's only 1GB and I've had the same one for years. It's probably near 70-80% full, so that may be preventing the install. I previously tried clicking on Update and trying to Download a new driver, but without success. And I do have a PfSense router with pfBlockerNG installed for adblocking.
  3. Yes, I have waited for the "Done" each time. Don't think I have cut it short. It is not present on the Plugin page and there is no error message. It also doesn't show up as an Installed App in Apps. I reread Page 1 and I don't get the red box regarding the docker restart. So something must be short-circuiting the install, despite the driver showing up in Settings (until I reboot). Attached is what the Driver Package looks like.
  4. Sorry about that! Don't usually use a Mac

  6. I have just installed a Quadro P400 but can't seem to get it recognized. The Nvidia plugin installs without issue, but the card is not listed in the plugin. It is listed in its own IOMMU group. I've rebooted and reseated the card several times but have not had any change. It's also weird that the Nvidia plugin disappears every time I reboot and I have to reinstall it. I'm running 6.9.2 on a Supermicro motherboard and diagnostics are attached.
  7. A reboot seemed to fix everything up. I also enabled "Host Access to Custom Networks" in the Docker settings, That may have helped, too.
  8. I recently implemented Nginx for the first time and had it working, but have somehow managed to lose the ability to load either the Docker or Plugin tab on the GUI. All other tabs load without issue. I also have issues connecting to terminal, which flickers between connected and connection lost, and with My servers, which also flickers off and on with a connection error. I would play around with Nginx settings, but I can't get to them because I can't load Dockers. The last thing I recall doing was changing Nginx and two other dockers to the same docker network. A reboot might fix it, but thought I'd check here first. Running version 6.9.2 and diagnostics are attached. tower-diagnostics-20211222-0849.zip
  9. And it was! Took a little bit of googling and fiddling with the BIOS settings (turned OPROM for PCIe slots off; had to play with NIC settings), but other than that it was smooth as could be. Up and running on a much improved platform now. Thank you for the vote of confidence!
  10. I haven't done a major hardware upgrade for many years and am just checking in before I get started. I'm currently running: Intel core 2 quad - q9550 Gigabyte G33M-DS2R 8GB DDR2 RAM 17 data disks 2 parity disks 1 SSD cache LSI SAS9201-16e PCI Express to 6Gb/s 16-Port Adapter I'm moving to: 2x XEON E5-2620 V3 SUPERMICRO X10DRL-iT 16GB DDR4 RAM All of the same disks and SAS adapter I don't run any VMs and the primary dockers are Plex, Deluge, Sonarr, Radarr, Lidarr, NZBGET and OpenVPN. I have backed up my flash drive and appdata, printed out the main, dashboard, and docker screens, and made sure everything is currently working as it should be. Will likely be taking the plunge on Wednesday and swapping out the MBD, CPU and RAM. Anything else I need to do or be concerned about before I make the switch? Figured for once in my Unraid life I would ask the question before I have an issue! Thank you! David
  11. Just checked and I have the same issue when trying to copy something to an Unraid share from a Mac as well. Just can't do it! I don't see that any discs or shares have been made read only or anything like that, and I still have full ability to play back content from the server.
  12. I tried moving some files from my Windows 10 PC to my Unraid server, but I don't have an option to "paste" when I right click on an Unraid folder. This kinda came out of nowhere. I as running 6.8.2 and had the issue, then upgraded to 6.8.3, rebooted both the server and the PC, but the problem persists. I have tried both File Explorer and Q-Dir, but can't move or copy files to Unraid using either one. Diagnostics below. Thank you! tower-diagnostics-20200314-1505.zip
  13. Here is the current syslog and the latest status. Server is running and appears from the lights to be doing the monthly parity check. It had been working fine until I went to work yesterday. I came home and the GUI couldn't be accessed, Plex wouldn't connect to Tower, and File Explorer couldn't find the device. I just pulled the Unraid UBS stick and copied the Syslog. I can access the server via a keyboard and monitor. syslog 2-1-2020.txt
  14. Understood. I will seek help there for the Plex issue. I still need help with the original problem, however, which was the server going off line and losing all access via internet or direct.
  15. Okay, syslog is now writing to Flash. Diagnostics attached here. Now I have a new issue -- the Plex Docker is no longer installed. I haven't touched any configurations since these issues began, and I have no idea why it would uninstall. tower-diagnostics-20200118-2026.zip
