  1. Thanks Kevek79 I will look into that. Thanks Does MakeMKV make copy and retain the same file size with different audio streams? So once done I could delete the ISO files
  2. Thanks. Were you reading from and writing to server? I am reading from one share and writing to another. I tried with WinXDvd ripper, but it only does 1 movie at at time. I plan on keeping both DVD file and MKV. My array has 28TB and I have about 11TB in Movies. SO I have room
  3. Thank you Frank. I need to look into those settings. Does Handbrake add to the name of the file it creates? Most of my DVD were SD with a few HD titles. How many movies can you que into HandBrake at a time?
  4. Maybe I misunderstood when I was configuring MyServers, I thought that is what I needed to do. I can change it back. I know about enough about these things to keep me in trouble.. One thing I notices is that last night I had connection to mothership and I was able to watch a movie. This morning I tried to access a movie on Plex and I did not have access. Is there a setting to always be connected? Does the server connection sleep after no activity. Any ideas as to why the connection would go away? Thanks
  5. Hello Everyone, I finally got my Plex Server working and I was freaking out because only about 30 movies were showing up. After looking into it a bit further, I found that the movies that were showing were in a folder that I had converted to MP4 files and then after a bit more research I found that Plex does not do ISO files. When I ripped all my DVD's I ripped them to ISO and I was using KODI to view them. Question: Is it worth the trouble to convert 1700+ movies to something that Plex can read? If it is worth while, what is the best way to convert the files? Is there a program that can be qued up to convert multiple files and just let it run? Or is it better to continue using KODI? Thanks in advance, Oscar
  6. Ok I had to go to the my servers info and allow access and the ! Triangle is gone.
  7. Ok now, we had a power outage so I had to restart the server. Does the communication with the mothership not happen while the server is checking parity? Tower is show a triangle with an ! After the server has been on. My Server on the forum has a green check mark even though the server is showing triangle. is this normal?
  8. Ok I was able to log in from my iPad. Now I can post diagnostics. I now am connected to the mothership. Now I just need to research accessing server remotely. I think I have my ports forwarded correctly. I think I just need to setup an NO-IP or something thanks for your help ljm42 tower-diagnostics-20220628-2040.zip
  9. These are some pics of the network settings. Hope they shed some light.
  10. I also noticed that the address for webgui is localhost:3443 not the 192.168.1.12. I tried entering it in safari and sez server not found
  11. In Network setting the the IPv4 address is the 192.168.1.12 then a /24/ I am on the FireFox WebGUI, but I am not able to attache the diagnostic file from server. When I hover over the Choose file, I am not able to navigate to find file on on the unraid server
  12. I did notice that the local access is unlocked and is red. Is that normal? Also I noticed that I am not able to access locally. I am able only access unraid via webgui. I am not able to access via iPad or phone. I used to be able to access by entering 192.168.1.12. But now it will not load.. Could I have done something wrong when i setup the router?
  13. Thanks ljm42 that seems to have fixed it much appreciated
  14. By not connecting o MotherShip, I have a triangle with a ! and in the forum, Server shows Offline. Here are the comand lines root@Tower:~# unraid-api restart Found no running processes. 15. I just ran unraid-api report -v and git “failed generating report with “missing UPC API key” not sure if that will help BTW. I am able to use UnBalance to move files
