  1. Currently i was unable to upgrade from 6.92 to 9.1X. My current working USB drive died during the upgrade process and now is stuck as read only and is stuck that way and cant even be removed from diskpart. All my other USB drives end up not bookable either by using the usb creator or manually. I did find my old usb drive from years ago and it seems to be working but the GUID is on the blacklist from where i had the license changed years ago before the current process. can i get this drive unblacklited as it seems to eb the only drive i have which is working 0930-6545-DEE0-EC5100008567
  2. Hi All, Having a weird issue where if something is being streamed from the Unraid box it will hang if Unraid spins up another disk. I cant seem to find anything on the forum and google about this issue. I have the folder caching plugin enabled, but this doesnt seem to help. Anyone come across this before or have a solution to this and it a bit of a PITA when it happens. ls-nas-01-diagnostics-20170211-1726.zip
  3. Please ignore this. Iv'e posted it in the correct section now
  4. Hi All, At the moment I have a failed disk in my array and I cant connect to it via mapping the drive like I used to be able to. When I try to do a new config I it only resets the cache drive. I have to unplug the usb drive and plug it back in for it to reset everything. Once I have removed the bad drive and done a parity check I still cannot connect to the array via the mapped drive. Once I restart the server the array if back to it's original config with the bad drive. If I format the usb drive and rebuild with the same config will it remember the share when it's rebuilt or is this a no. I am prepared to copy all the data off the array if I can access the drive via windows. At the moment I can only get to the files by going through the share explorer in the unraid GUI. Any help appreciated

  6. Hi, One of my drives went down but i cannot remove it from the array. The disk had no data on it so im not bothered about it. When the array is stopped there is no option to unassign the disk. All i get is the option of no drive or the failed drive. Even after running the new config script im left with the same issue apart from my cache drive is unassigned. Am i missing something obvious as a trawl through the forum produced no results. I removed the drive and connected it up to a windows machine and formated it and it seemed fine. When i put it back into the array it doesn't even detect that it's not formatted. Running 5.0 Cant unassign failed disk
